Finally, we finished all exams and we can relax a little bit. This year I have learned lots of new things. During this last term, I had to study a lot more because the term was shorter but we had to do all of our exams. I think that I have improved in my reading, and in my listening although I need to work on my writing, specially my handwritting, and on my behaviour, but I think that I did well. I really enjoyed the project about our time on the highschool, because I remembered lots of good and funny memories, and really enjoyed listening to the classmates tell theirs.

my 4 years in IESO Tomás Bretón
Here is the project we made about our time in the highschool.
I think I had a good first day of high school. I was lucky because I was with most of my friends in the same classroom , I also remember that I felt so small in comparison with the guys who were studying 4th eso. I don´t remember all the things that I did back when I was in 1st of eso back I remember that I had a lot of fun specially during breaks. A year later I was in second of eso, and we a trip were we went to Madrid, I think this was the first trip where we went out of Castilla y León and I had never seen Madrid so I enjoyed it a lot. Also I think that this was the year were I had the most fun in class because teachers weren´t as strict as in first and I was with all my friends too, so I had a good time. Then in third I was in a different classroom than all my friends but I met new people and also I made friends that I wouldn´t have met otherwise and I still was able to be with my friends during breaks so it wasn’t a big deal, and then it was fourth of eso. I think that this is the group with the best relationship that I’ve ever been with, because there are always good vibes between all the classmates, everyone knows each other and everyone can have a good time with anyone. I had the luck of going to both trips and I really enjoyed both of them. I went to Ireland with Mario, and I had a great relationship with our family. The food there was great and the only “bad” thing that I can say about the trip was the thirty minutes traveling between Rush and Dublin, but thinking a bit about them I think that we had some of the best moments of the whole trip during those travels. I myself am a food lover and I was able to try a lot of different types of foods and flavours. Then we came back to Spain and a week later we went to Malaga. I also had a good time the food we ate in places from Malaga was great we all hung out together and we all get to know each other better so I think that both Malaga an

Here is a diet that suits my metabolic needs giving me the required amount of calories, fat carbohydrates and proteins. Although I eat more protein than what I need and eat less amount of carbohydrates than I need, because the difference between the ammount I consume and the amount I need is less than 100 calories of it. To be able to achieve this diet I have changed some unhealthy food for some healthy food from my everyday diet. So instead of eating an ice cream I eat a gelatin and instead of chocolate bars I eat whole grain cereals.

SELF EVALUATION
I think that I did well this term although I can improve lots of things. Of course I would have got better grades if I had studied more, but I think that the things were I need to improve are mainly presentations and order, and also my behaviour in class. I am also looking forward to the trip to Ireland, and I think that I have improved my speaking and listening enough to be able to comunicate well.
